Marijn Lems

Marijn Lems (1979) worked as theatre programme director at Theater De NWE Vorst in
Tilburg, arts centre STUK in Leuven and Flemish culture house De Brakke Grond in Amsterdam. He then worked as residency coordinator at theatre workspace Het Huis Utrecht. At all the places where he worked, Marijn was also responsible for talent development and dramaturgy.
In 2016, he started working as a theatre critic for Theaterkrant and NRC. He now also works as a video game critic for Belgian newspaper De Standaard. Marijn has a strong analytical viewpoint and always places art in a contemporary socio-political context.
